ProFIX Group is strengthening its presence in the global IT services and payment technologies market for banks worldwide. We continue to expand our client base across Swift services, MoneyGram solutions, and Visa Direct Account & Wallet, further reinforcing our expertise and reputation within the international financial community.

In particular, ProFIX Group’s Swift Service Bureau is one of the largest globally in terms of the number of connected banks. We are pleased to announce that since the beginning of 2026, three financial institutions have already migrated to ProFIX Group’s Swift Service Bureau, and more than 10 banks are currently in progress toward connection.

For financial institutions, connecting via a Service Bureau is an efficient way to gain fast access to the international payment infrastructure without significant investment in their own Swift infrastructure. It also enables banks to focus on developing customer products while entrusting the technical aspects of interaction with Swift to a reliable partner.

Today, 56 banks across different countries have already recognized the advantages of connecting to Swift through ProFIX Group’s Swift Service Bureau:

• a secure and reliable Swift Service Bureau infrastructure fully compliant with all Swift requirements and policies, and subject to regular audits;
• infrastructure stability ensured by two operational sites: a primary data center in Warsaw and a backup site in Kyiv;
• timely updates of Swift software and operating systems performed by the Service Bureau team, with no administrative burden on the client’s IT department;
• customer support in Ukrainian and English for 12 hours (two shifts) according to Kyiv time (in line with SLA);
• a balanced pricing model aligned with market conditions;
• additional consulting services provided by ProFIX Group experts on various aspects of Swift software configuration.
